🛍️ Orders

When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 1–3 business days of payment. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

I ordered multiple products but didn't receive them all at once. How is that possible?
To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, you may receive items separately.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, what now?
First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If the email isn't there, please contact us at zofaofficials@gmail.com .


🚚 Shipping

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your location and the weight of your order.

How long does delivery take?
On average, delivery within Europe takes between 5 and 15 business days . Delivery times may vary slightly by region or during peak periods.

Do you also deliver outside Europe?
We currently ship within Europe. Delivery outside of Europe is possible upon request—please contact us by email.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused, with label and in original packaging.

How do I request a return?
Contact us at zofaofficials@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you instructions and a return label.

Are there any items I cannot return?
For hygienic reasons, accessories, lingerie, swimwear and discounted items cannot be returned.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, American Express, Visa and Mastercard .

Is paying on your site safe?
Yes, our payments are secured through Shopify Payments , which meets the strictest security standards (PCI DSS).


📦 Product Information & Sizes

Are your products in stock?
Most products are shipped directly from our warehouses or partners. If an item is temporarily unavailable, it will be noted on the product page.

What if my size is no longer available?
Send us a message — we can often let you know if your size will be back in stock soon.

How do I know which size to choose?
You'll find a size chart or a brief fit description with each garment. Unsure between two sizes? Choose the larger size or feel free to send us a message for advice.

How do I stay informed about new collections and discounts?
Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the website to be the first to receive updates about new collections, exclusive promotions, and temporary discounts.

Do I receive a welcome discount?
Yes, those who subscribe to our newsletter will regularly receive exclusive offers or a welcome discount. Keep an eye on your inbox!


⚠️ Problems with orders

I received an incorrect or damaged item, what now?
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if anything is wrong. We will, of course, resolve this as quickly as possible.

My tracking link is not working?
Sometimes it takes a while for a new tracking link to become active. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact us.
